- Please fill in all the details required correctly and accurately. The ones marked with an asterisk (*) are mandatory.
- Ensure to indicate your names as they should appear in your certificate.
- Attach proof of payment before submitting the form. Upload banking in slips where applicable, or indicate the M-Pesa transaction reference numbers if you used M-Pesa services to pay.
- Application forms should be submitted at least one week before the event date, or on the dates indicated in the respective promotional materials. All late payments must be authorized by the training office through email. Please get in touch with us on 0726112233 for more information.
